The Tacos El Gallo Food Truck began in 2011, making us one of the first businesses in the food truck craze. We started out with a dream and a beat-up old truck. We were able to transform that into the booming business that we are today. We’re now famous in Kansas City, as patrons adore our tacos. We’re a favorite for lunch breaks, quick snacks, and for those late nights out.
If you’ve been drinking with friends for hours and need to refill with some food, our truck will be waiting for you. The same goes if you’re hungry and only have 15 minutes for lunch.
